If you can’t attend our inpatient program, our intensive outpatient program offers more flexible but equally rigorous treatment. Our evidence-based treatment includes individual, group, and family therapy, educational classes, and 12-step meetings. Long-term onsite medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is also available.
In addition to offering treatment to those who have a stable, supportive environment in which to heal, our intensive outpatient program can provide a smoother transition from inpatient treatment to everyday life.
While therapy and life-skills counseling is a crucial part of every recovery, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is proven to be the most successful treatment for opiate addiction. We offer methadone, Suboxone®, and Vivitrol treatment to ease the symptoms of withdrawal and craving for opioids.
While not 24/7, our intensive outpatient programs help you address the same issues and substance use disorders as our inpatient treatment. Both address the problems and stresses that led to addiction, using a holistic approach to address the whole person, their family, and community.
Our outpatient program is designed so that you can continue to work and to live at home while getting support in managing stress, dealing with interpersonal conflicts, implementing relapse prevention strategies, and connecting with community support. We offer a variable schedule of treatment with sessions available in the morning, in the evening, and on the weekends. We will work with you to find a schedule that allows you to meet your work, educational, and family commitments.
At the outset, you’ll be in treatment at our facility at least three days per week for three hours per day. While each recovery and treatment plan is different, our outpatient programs typically involve:
All our programs take place in a safe, caring environment where confidentiality is ensured. You will be treated by our multidisciplinary team of caring professionals including medical, psychiatric, and support staff. They treat the whole person, including your friends and family, so you can heal yourself and repair your relationships.
We treat more than 10,000 people every day at 37 different locations across Indiana, Kentucky, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. For the location closest to you, click here.
